Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) LLCIdentify, diagnose and resolve assembly process related problems. Coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluation / optimization initiatives and implement changes at process step. Lead and participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities. Validate and fan out new process baseline qualified, including new process, tools and/or materials for new product introduction.
Support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC. Support site to site portability. Manage / audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives. Support internal and external audits.Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Materials Science, or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or in a PCVD Process Engineer-related occupation.Position also requires experience in:CVD and/or PVD process area.DRAM development and manufacturing.Automation skills through previous automation projects requiring coding/machine learning/JMP Scripting.Understanding of the process flow related to area equipment, SPC principles, and recipe management.Understanding of physics, area chemistry, and algebraic concepts.Analytical problem-solving skills.As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
