PCA Repair Technician
Location: Everett, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay rate: $35-$45 per hour
What We're Looking For:
• 2-5 years of PCA troubleshooting and repair experience
• Component-level electronics repair experience
• Strong soldering skills and/or soldering certifications
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
• Experience identifying and troubleshooting electronic components
• Hands-on experience with soldering irons, digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and hand tools
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with PCA calibration processes
• Exposure to test fixtures and calibration jigs
• Background as an Electronics Repair Technician, Test Technician, or Manufacturing Technician
• Experience working in a collaborative engineering environment
