Pay Rate: $28.00 - $38.00 / hourDuties:Manage PCA production to ensure on-time, defect-free outputEstablish milestones and track progress with operations & supply chainLead real-time troubleshooting with engineering teamsOwn PCA projects from start to finishPartner with procurement on any material shortagesOversee build progress, inspections, and testingTrain operations teams on process details and work center stepsCoordinate with planning to maintain schedule accuracyApply sheet-metal & refrigeration knowledge to optimize workflowsTrack progress daily/hourly, remove obstacles, and update the plant managerTrain team members on refrigeration and AC unit build conceptsPosition Requirements:Electrical degree or Certification (required)2+ years experience in manufacturing, AC system production/design, or similarRefrigeration systems & componentsA/C or air-handling manufacturingElectromechanical systems (P&ID familiarity is a plus)Knowledge of welding, brazing, and special processesExcellent communication & hands-on problem-solving skillsExperience in manufacturing project coordination or leadershipRequirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.
