The Opportunity
In this PIC role, you’ll command a Pilatus PC-24 in both charter (Part 135) and owner (Part 91) environments. You’ll own flight preparation and execution, lead your crew with professionalism and clarity, and deliver a premium passenger experience every time—all while maintaining impeccable regulatory compliance and risk management.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command and final authority for the safe operation of the aircraft on all assigned flights.
- Ensure strict adherence to FAA regulations, company flight operations manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Lead comprehensive pre-flight planning: weather analysis, performance and weight-and-balance, routing, fuel planning, and airworthiness checks.
- Drive effective Crew Resource Management across all phases of flight with clear, professional communication.
- Provide exceptional passenger service and act as the primary client contact throughout the journey.
- Engage actively in the Safety Management System: identify hazards, mitigate risks, and support audits and corrective actions.
- Mentor First Officers and crewmembers, offering direction, feedback, and support for professional growth.
- Complete trip reports, logbook entries, maintenance notes, and all post-flight documentation; promptly report safety or equipment concerns.
- Maintain currency in required training, medicals, and records; uphold all company policies and standards.
What You’ll Bring
- PC-24 experience required.
- Minimum flight time: 5,000 hours total time; 2,500 hours as PIC; 2,500 hours multi-engine land (including 1,500 hours as multi-engine PIC); 2,000 hours turbine; 500 hours instrument.
- Airline Transport Pilot certificate with multi-engine land rating; current First-Class Medical.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, flight planning, and Safety Management Systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; proven decision-making under pressure.
- Proficiency with flight-planning and aviation-management software.
- Previous Part 135 experience highly desirable.
- Flexibility to meet business demands in an exempt role and variable schedule environment.
Certifications & Licenses
- Required: ATP (Unrestricted or Restricted, Multi-Engine Land), First-Class Medical
- Preferred: Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit
