Join us.About the Team:The Powder Bed Fusion manufacturing team develops, creates, and operates the most advanced additive manufacturing technologies in the world. This best-in-class team makes sure that the infrastructure, materials, tools, and equipment are in place for us to rapidly iterate and print. The Powder-Based manufacturing team was crucial to manufacturing Aeon-1 for first launch and now are developing and demonstrating groundbreaking technologies, design, and approaches for Aeon-R!This is a first-shift position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PT.
The role is structured around a 50-hour workweek, including 10 guaranteed overtime hours each week.About the Role:Setup, operate, and monitor PBF printers, depowdering machinery, and supporting equipmentPerform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of PBF equipment.Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, defects, surface quality, and perform necessary reworkMaintain accurate and detailed documentation of work performedCollaborate with Engineering and Team to develop and implement new printing processesAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelines ensuring a safe work environmentAbout You:High School Diploma or GED2+ years experience in PBF printer operation or other additive manufacturing technologiesProficient in operating PBF printers and support equipment such as EOS, AMCM, Velo3D, Solukons and a solid understanding in various PBF printing processes.Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality parts.
