PB Epic Claims Biller

To support healthcare operations remotely, the full-time PB Epic Claims Biller will manage the billing process for hospitals and clinics, ensuring timely submission and collection of claims from insurance companies while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Key responsibilities Prepares and submits claims to third-party insurance carriers and follows up on unpaid claims until resolution Secures necessary medical documentation and processes claim rejections, making corrections as needed Maintains quality customer service and meets production and quality assurance standards Required qualifications 3 years of physician/ambulatory billing (Full Cycle) experience 2-3 years of recent PB Epic experience Proficiency in CPT and ICD-10 coding Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to communicate with insurance payers Experience in filing claim appeals to maximize reimbursement
