You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.A Brief OverviewThe Payroll Tax Specialist is responsible for all timely and accurate processing of multi-state payroll tax-related activities including customer service support.LocationsAtlanta, GAWhat You Will DoCollaborates with internal colleagues to resolve customer inquiriesProvides administrative support with case inquiries and follow upResolves low complexity, high volume tasks related to workflow, as assignedCommunicates internally with colleagues via client cases and emailAbility to navigate within Salesforce to document customer inquiries and resolutionProcesses various data entry related tasks within the Payroll Tax organization such as payments, reports, check requests, registrations, and filingsEducation QualificationsGeneral education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training preferredExperience QualificationsTypically 1+ yearsSkills and AbilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment lawsExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteLicenses and CertificationsCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferredFundamental Payroll Certificate preferredTravel RequirementsMinimalWork EnvironmentOvertime may be required as projects dictate primarily during reporting months.

All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta.
