Payroll Tax Specialist

Payroll Tax SpecialistWe are seeking a Payroll Tax Specialist to support payroll tax-related mail management, company registrations, tax notice research, account number maintenance, and other administrative activities. This role will assist with sorting payroll tax-related mail onsite, researching and resolving payroll tax notices, and maintaining accurate state, local, unemployment, and federal tax registration information. The Payroll Tax Specialist will also support company registration activities, research and update account numbers, and handle additional administrative tasks as needed. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, experience with SharePoint and ADP SmartCompliance, and the ability to multitask while managing detailed and analytical work are important for success in this position.
