Payroll Systems Analyst

To support the growth of a high-impact fintech organization, the remote Payroll Systems Analyst will streamline payroll operations, design tools for multi-country payroll management, and ensure data quality across systems while collaborating with Payroll, HR, and Finance teams. Key responsibilities Defining and strengthening payroll processes by mapping current operations and identifying inefficiencies Building an in-house payroll-to-finance reconciliation tool to automate data ingestion and exception reporting Providing support for HRIS-to-payroll data flows and conducting regular audits to maintain payroll data quality Required qualifications Fluent in English and French Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in HRIS, payroll operations, or payroll accounting in a multi-country organization Hands-on experience reconciling payroll to the general ledger and understanding end-to-end payroll processes Advanced knowledge of data management, analysis, and reporting, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
