The role offers significant growth opportunities, including the potential to expand into global payroll operations.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Manage and optimize payroll processes to drive efficiencies and accuracyAdminister and maintain payroll systems (ADP Ev6, ADP WFM), ensuring data integrity and complianceCollaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to identify process improvements and implement automationGenerate and analyze payroll reports to support decision-making and identify efficiency opportunitiesSupport system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new payroll featuresAct as the primary liaison with payroll system vendors, troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesProvide training and guidance to HR and Finance staff on payroll system functionalityContribute to projects that prepare the organization for global payroll expansionQualifications:Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or related field3-5 years of payroll or HRIS systems experienceExperience in global payroll operations or multi-country payroll platforms (ADP EV6 and WFM are a plus)Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets.U.S. Person status, as defined by U.S. export control lawsPreferred Skills & Experience:Experience in corporate payroll environments with high-volume processingExposure to global payroll practices or multi-country payroll systemsKnowledge of HRIS integration with payroll systemsFamiliarity with reporting tools and database managementCareer Growth:This role is designed as a stepping stone into global payroll operations, offering opportunities to participate in international projects, learn global compliance frameworks, and eventually transition into a global payroll leadership role.Salary Range:$96,600.00-$128,800.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
