Payroll SpecialistRole: Payroll SpecialistLocation: Westborough, MA (onsite role)Full TimeHolistic Industries is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team and help ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and payroll regulations. This role is a key resource for both team members and managers, partnering closely with our payroll provider to support a smooth and positive payroll experience across multiple locations.Your ImpactOwn the end-to-end bi-weekly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely pay for employees across multiple entitiesReview and audit timesheets, partnering with managers to resolve discrepancies and maintain complianceServe as the go-to resource for employee payroll questions, providing responsive support and issue resolutionMaintain payroll records and employee updates, including pay changes, taxes, direct deposits, and deductionsPartner with our payroll provider to ensure payroll taxes, reporting, and deductions are processed accuratelySupport compliance efforts, workers' compensation reporting, audits, and payroll system training for employeesYour StrengthsExperience processing payroll in a multi-state environment, with a strong understanding of payroll practices and compliance requirementsComfortable working with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Excel; Kronos experience is a plusDetail-oriented and organized, with a knack for spotting issues before they become problemsStrong communicator who enjoys supporting employees and building relationships across teamsAble to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environmentIf we are EMPATHETIC, HONORABLE & ACCOUNTABLEAnd we grow ourselves and business with GRIT then we will beCHAMPIONS OF CANNABISWhy Join Us:Holistic Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive base pay, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
