A global Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across a high-volume organization. Your Responsibilities

• 
  
• Process payroll accurately and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
  
• Enter and maintain employee information within the HRIS/payroll system
  
• Process payroll corrections and escalate complex issues when necessary
  
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  
• Process wage garnishments, levies, and child support deductions
  
• Generate payroll reports and maintain accurate firmwide records
  
• Respond to employee payroll questions and research issues promptly
  
• Partner with HR and Finance to support seamless payroll operations
  
• Assist with payroll data audits and special projects
  

What You Need to Succeed

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree required
  
• 3+ years of payroll experience
  
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and basic accounting functions
  
• Excellent attention to detail and advanced data-entry skills
  
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  
• Workday payroll experience is strongly preferred, particularly within a high-volume team environment
