We partner closely with business owners to deliver accurate accounting, financial reporting, and payroll support—while providing insights that drive confident decision-making.We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients. This role serves as a primary point of contact for payroll-related matters, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery while proactively resolving discrepancies and identifying opportunities for improvement.The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with clients, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and brings a strong combination of technical expertise, organization, and problem-solving ability to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll for multiple clients accurately and on timeServe as the primary point of contact for payroll-related client inquiriesManage the full payroll cycle, including preparation, processing, and reviewInvestigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, errors, and issues promptlyEnsure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirementsTroubleshoot payroll challenges and implement effective solutionsBuild strong client relationships and serve as a trusted payroll advisorIdentify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service deliveryMaintain organized and accurate payroll records and documentationRequired Qualifications3–5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-client environmentExperience managing the full end-to-end payroll processWorking knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirementsExperience with QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)Familiarity with basic accounting conceptsStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Collaborative, team-oriented attitudeWhat We Offer You:Health, Dental, Vision, Disability & Life InsuranceHSA and FSA optionsPTO & Parental Leave8 Paid Holidays401(K)Profit SharingBonus opportunitiesCasual / "Dress for your Day" dress codeBusy season perks, including office competitions and activitiesFun activities like family parties, holiday party, and the annual golf & spa outingReferral bonus programOur process:We value your time as you search for your career; because of that we're dedicated to a swift, stress-free interview process.
