We’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support client payroll operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and providing responsive client service.

Responsibilities:

• Support clients with payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Maintain payroll information, recommend improvements, and assist with updates.
• Oversee payroll administration and support system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Partner with clients to answer questions and improve payroll procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous payroll processing and administration experience.
• Proficiency with payroll systems and strong Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client priorities.
