Payroll AdministratorWürth USA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Administrator to ensure the timely and accurate administration of all payroll functions. This role is critical in supporting both the finance and HR functions while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesTimely and accurate administration of all payroll functions including processing and filing with various tax agencies.Complex computation of bonus payouts for the salesforce.Processing of payroll journal entry postings.Calculating employee final paychecks while adhering to state mandated timelines.Ensure company compliance with payroll legislation (Federal and state regulations).Lead special projects as assigned by the direct supervisor.Assist in various audit functions.Adherence to company and legislated confidentially and privacy regulations.File Payroll and Personnel documents.Calculation, entry, and submission of all year-end adjustments for W2s and filing with various tax agencies.Maintaining the accuracy of the Concur Program by continually updating the system with new hires, terminations, and employee changes.Timely Processing of Internal and Sales out-of-pocket expenses through the Concur Program.Assisting the Sales Force with issues related to the Concur Travel Program.Working with HR to track employee time off accrued, used, and remaining balances.Support Finance and HR teams with additional tasks and operational needs.What You Will BringAssociate's degree in finance or accounting (minimum requirement)Advanced experience in Microsoft ExcelPractical experience in multi-state payroll processingFamiliar with and skilled in using multiple complex systems: (e.g. SAP, UKG, ADP)Organizational skills in task and time managementAbility to manage large volume of workAbility to manage reasonable conflicting deadlines with sense of urgencyAbility to keep the integrity of confidential informationExperience with state termination regulationsExperience with payroll procedures for multi-state and governmentStrong analytical, accounting and math skillsWhat Würth USA Offers YouWork with an exciting automotive brand that sponsors NASCAR races.Opportunities for growth and career advancement within the company.A supportive and inclusive work environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceWürth USA is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
