Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for 500+ multi-state employees
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll submission, audits, and reconciliations
- Maintain payroll records and support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Partner with Human Resources and accounting teams on payroll-related matters
- Assist with reporting, year-end activities, and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees across multiple states
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, deadlines, and best practices
