Duties include the following:Collecting, entering and maintaining data for weekly or bi-weekly processing, recording data for accounting reports, conducting ACH processing for direct deposits and performing some clerical duties.Strong knowledge in using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Work well with others internally and with clients.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.SAGE/Timberline strongly preferred.Salary up to mid 40'sPlease send your resume to for immediate consideration.
