Our client, a well-established healthcare organization, is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume payroll function while working closely with HR and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume payroll accurately and on schedule
• Review hours, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting
• Handle payroll tax filings, W-2s, and related compliance
• Partner with HR on benefits deductions, garnishments, and retirement contributions
• Respond to employee payroll questions and support audits

Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist

• 2+ years of high-volume payroll experience
• In-house payroll experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
