This role will support high-volume, multi-state payroll operations and requires a strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, reporting, and payroll accounting functions.The ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll for large employee populations, possess strong systems knowledge, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess semi-monthly and bi-weekly multi-state payroll for a large employee populationReview and validate payroll data to ensure accurate payroll payments, deductions, and reportingAudit timekeeping records and employee payroll changes for accuracy and complianceResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely mannerMaintain payroll records and assist with quarterly and year-end payroll reportingSupport payroll tax reconciliations, W-2 processing, and related compliance activitiesPrepare payroll-related journal entries and assist with account reconciliationsCollaborate cross-functionally with Human Resources and Accounting teamsGenerate payroll reports and support ad hoc financial and payroll analysis requestsEnsure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive employee payroll informationQualifications5+ years of high-volume, multi-state payroll experienceExperience processing payroll for 1,000+ employees requiredStrong knowledge of payroll systems, including WorkdayExperience working with Workday and payroll/timekeeping systems preferredAdvanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate payroll dataStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize multiple deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environmentEEO StatementAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
