Payroll Solutions Consultant

Assisting with end-to-end UKG Ready payroll implementations, the full-time remote Payroll Solutions Consultant will own the audit and parallel payroll process, ensuring accuracy before go-live while consulting with clients and configuring the system. Key responsibilities Manage the audit and parallel payroll processes for UKG Ready implementations Consult directly with clients to gather requirements and provide solutions Build, test, and troubleshoot within the UKG Ready system to ensure successful payroll configurations Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready payroll configuration and implementation Demonstrated experience in running parallel payrolls and conducting payroll audits Strong knowledge of payroll fundamentals, including gross-to-net calculations and multi-state tax withholding Proven ability to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and communicate findings effectively Experience managing client-facing implementation projects and stakeholder communications
