Payroll Services Supervisor

Supervising a team of payroll employees, the full-time Payroll Services Supervisor will oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for customers on the Workday platform, while working remotely and focusing on team performance, quality assurance, and employee development. Key responsibilities Supervise and support payroll team in processing customer payrolls accurately and on time Serve as the first point of escalation for payroll processing issues and customer inquiries Review and audit payroll runs for compliance and accuracy, adjusting team priorities as needed Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of Payroll/Tax experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role Solid understanding of payroll compliance and multi-state payroll processing Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
