Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of bi-weekly payroll, the full-time remote Payroll Representative will manage time records, process paychecks, reconcile data, and respond to payroll inquiries while ensuring compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities: Completes bi-weekly employee and physician payroll Maintains time and attendance records and processes payroll deductions Responds to complex payroll inquiries and generates reports Required qualifications: Associate's degree plus 1 year of experience, or 3 years of experience in a customer service, human resources, or payroll environment Proficient in HRIS systems and relevant software, specifically Workday Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
