Payroll Partner Service Advocate

Providing exceptional service to payroll partners, the full-time Payroll Partner Service Advocate will manage customer inquiries, policy issuance, and complex escalations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Handle communication with payroll partners and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and maintain service level agreements Apply advanced knowledge of Workers Comp to address billing, policy, and agency questions while advocating for customer needs Support onboarding and training of new hires, maintaining training materials and assisting with process testing Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred 1+ year in a high-volume customer contact environment and insurance customer service experience required Preferred experience in Payroll Partner customer service Proficient in G-Suite Tools, Salesforce, and Payment Processing Systems Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex issues effectively
