Ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations, the full-time salaried People Operations Lead will manage payroll data in Dayforce, oversee tax coordination, and prepare financial reports while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison with the third-party payroll processor to ensure accurate payroll runs and compliance Prepare and validate payroll data, conduct audits, and manage tax activities across federal, state, and local jurisdictions Support Finance with payroll reporting, journal entries, and maintain documentation for audits and compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent professional experience 3-5+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including multi-state payroll Experience collaborating with a third-party payroll processing partner Proficiency using Dayforce for payroll data management CPP or FPC certification preferred
