Payroll Operations Lead — Multisite & Process Improvement

The Elmet Group in Portland, ME, is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead the payroll function for hourly and salaried employees across sites, while building a capable payroll team and improving systems.

You’ll report to the Director of Total Rewards, develop the payroll staff, and strengthen relationships with HR, Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate, timely pay and compliant operations. This role is based in Portland, with no travel requirements.
