We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable individual to join our payroll operations team. This opportunity is well suited for recent college graduates or professionals interested in developing a career in payroll and business operations.
Position Overview
Our payroll operations utilize integrated technology and automated processes to minimize manual data entry. The Payroll Operations Associate is responsible for reviewing payroll information, resolving discrepancies, coordinating adjustments, and ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and audit payroll reports for accuracy.
• Monitor payroll schedules and processing deadlines.
• Verify employee earnings, deductions, and adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Coordinate payroll changes and corrections.
• Communicate with clients, employees, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Utilize payroll technology to support efficient operations.
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependability, punctuality, and accountability.
• Previous payroll, accounting, or administrative experience preferred but not required.
