We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Greeley, CO. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on payroll experience who is confident working in ADP Workforce Now®. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential employee and payroll information.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Use ADP Workforce Now® to process payroll and maintain employee information
• Review timekeeping, hours, deductions, and payroll changes
• Process payroll adjustments and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
• Assist employees with payroll-related questions
• Ensure payroll information is entered accurately and deadlines are met
• Work with HR and management on payroll and employee updates
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information
What We’re Looking For
• Previous hands-on payroll experience
• ADP Workforce Now® experience is specifically required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working with confidential information
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
