Compensation

$100K–$150K DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing
• Support hourly and salaried employee populations
• Oversee multi-state payroll and payroll compliance
• Review payroll taxes, deductions, benefits, and employee changes
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll questions
• Maintain payroll processes, controls, and documentation
• Partner with HR, Accounting, and Finance on payroll-related matters
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits as needed

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on payroll experience
• Previous Payroll Manager or senior-level payroll experience
• Multi-state payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and compliance
• California payroll experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with payroll systems and Excel
