Payroll Manager

Well established Bay Area General Contractor is looking to a for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team. This role is primarily REMOTE with some periodic onsite meetings and events. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction payroll (certified payroll) and be local to the Bay Area. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $110,000to $130,000 per year.
Job Description:

• Full cycle payroll for Admin and Union employees (weekly)
  
• Weekly HSA payments
  
• Analyzing data to ensure accuracy
  
• Union fringes
  
• Review benefit invoices, prepare check requests and ensure payment
  
• 401K administration (safe harbor contributions, pension contributions, annual 401k)
  
• Workers Comp calculations
  
• LCP Tracker/Certified Payrolls
  
• UCIP/OCIP reporting
  
• Payroll-related account reconciliations
  

• 5+ years Payroll construction payroll experience
  
• Certified Payroll experience
  
• Experience with payroll systems- WorkForceReady a plus
  
• Experience with Construction Accounting systems
