Zaddy Solutions is searching for a Payroll Manager for a client in Louisville, KY. This is a direct-hire, on-site role.

Payroll Manager (Direct Hire)

A well-established company in Louisville, KY, is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned payroll professional to take full ownership of the entire payroll function for approximately 150 employees.

This is a key role where you'll serve as the sole payroll expert, managing all payroll activities from start to finish. You'll work closely with the company's HCM provider (Paylocity) on system enhancements and processing support, but your primary responsibility will be to ensure all payroll operations are accurate, compliant, and efficient.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage all aspects of payroll processing for 150 employees.
• Ensure multi-state and union payroll compliance.
• Partner with the company's HCM provider (Paylocity) to implement system improvements and manage the system build-out.
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve and streamline payroll processes.
• Maintain meticulous payroll records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of professional payroll experience.
• Extensive experience with multi-state and union payroll processing .
• A proven ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Experience with certified payroll reporting, payroll process improvements, or system implementations is a plus.
• Experience with Paylocity or similar HCM platforms is preferred.
• Salary: $80,000 - $110,000, based on experience.
• On-site role with some flexible scheduling options .
