Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle payroll for union and non-union employees
- Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, wage determinations, and payroll regulations
- Oversee payroll processing, reconciliations, and reporting with a high level of accuracy
- Serve as a payroll subject-matter expert for leadership, HR, and operations
- Support audits, union reporting, and year-end payroll activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll experience, including a managerial or lead capacity
- 3+ years of union payroll experience
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and confidential information
