Payroll ManagerA well-established organization located in Harford County, MD is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to take ownership of a high-volume, multi-state payroll operation. This is a full-time, direct hire role for someone who knows the work and is ready to lead it.ResponsibilitiesOversee the semi-monthly payroll cycle for 500+ employees across multiple statesManage benefits administration alongside state and federal tax filing requirementsProcess and review payroll audit reports to ensure accuracy and complianceMaintain complete and organized payroll records and documentationServe as a resource for employee and management questions related to payrollTrain management on ADP system responsibilitiesProduce payroll and staffing reports for executive leadershipDocument and maintain payroll proceduresQualificationsDemonstrated experience managing multi-state payroll in a complex pay structure environmentProficiency in Excel, including customized reportingADP Workforce Now experience preferredWhat My Client OffersMedical, dental, and vision coverageLife and disability benefitsPaid time off401(k) and ROTH retirement plans
