The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous recruitment industry experience
- Healthcare experience would be beneficial
- Be well-organised and able to work to tight deadlines
The role will involve:
- Hands-on Payroll Manager within a fast-paced industry
- Full control of the payroll department, working with complex systems and regulations
- Managing weekly payments for contractors via multiple payment methods
- Taking ownership of the client billing process and updating the invoice financing facility
- Managing a team of 3 staff, split between the UK and abroad
- Managing submissions, payments, and communications with HMRC and pensions providers
- Processing monthly salaries for internal staff
- Reporting directly to the Head of Accounts
