Payroll Implementation Consultant

Owning a portfolio of payroll implementations, the full-time Payroll Implementation Consultant will guide customers through setup and validation processes remotely, ensuring accurate first payroll runs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Manage payroll implementations from kickoff through go-live and first payroll runs Deliver consultative training to customers for independent payroll operation and reporting Collaborate with Time and HR consultants to ensure integrated implementation across services Required qualifications Payroll experience in implementation, processing, or customer-facing support Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or commitment to earn it with support Strong communication and customer relationship skills Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple implementations Familiarity with SaaS or HCM platforms and payroll data migration (preferred)
