Payroll Implementation Consultant

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Payroll Implementation Consultant will manage the implementation of payroll, HR, and benefit services for clients with employee counts ranging from 500 to 10,000, ensuring successful onboarding and training while adhering to project timelines. Key responsibilities Discover and document client business requirements for sign-off Create project plans and configure payroll and HR components based on specifications Deliver training to administrators and managers while supporting clients for the first 30 days post go-live Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in payroll implementation or payroll software Experience with PEO and ASO-type implementations Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing and tax setup Proficiency in delivering training to clients on software usage Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
