Payroll Implementation Consultant / Lead

DescriptionKforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking an experienced Mexico Payroll Implementation Consultant/Lead to support a payroll transformation and implementation initiative involving Mexican payroll operations. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for Mexico payroll while partnering with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, external vendors, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle. Remote candidates strongly considered.Responsibilities:* Bring a strong understanding of end-to-end Mexican payroll processes and regulatory requirements* Experience supporting payroll implementations, system conversions, integrations, process transformations, or major payroll technology initiatives.* Partner with implementation teams to translate Mexico payroll requirements into system and process requirementsRequirements* Bachelor's degree: HR, Finance, MIS, BA* 3+ years of payroll experience with significant exposure to Mexican payroll* Strong working knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations and statutory requirements* Experience participating in a payroll system implementation, conversion, migration, transformation, or major upgrade* Experience with payroll testing, including UAT and/or parallel payroll validation* Strong payroll reconciliation and problem-solving skills* Ability to translate payroll business requirements into functional/system requirementsHands-on experience with several of the following:* IMSS* INFONAVIT* SAT* ISR* CFDI de Nomina* Mexican statutory benefits and deductionsJob TypeContractCompensation55 - $75
