Payroll Governance Specialist

As part of the Global Payroll team, the full-time Payroll Governance Specialist will drive governance initiatives, monitor compliance and audit activities, and develop performance metrics in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Driving Payroll Governance, Compliance, and Internal Control initiatives across multiple countries Monitoring payroll risks, controls, audit findings, and remediation activities Defining, tracking, and reporting Global Payroll KPIs and operational performance metrics Required qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, accounting, or a related field Several years of professional experience in Governance, Internal Controls, Process Management, Audit, Compliance, or similar functions Payroll experience is highly desirable Strong experience in process governance, internal controls, risk management, and performance monitoring Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting, analytics, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
