Payroll Functional Consultant

Supporting payroll implementations, the remote Payroll Functional Consultant will manage payroll work plans, documentation, and testing while ensuring effective collaboration across teams. Key responsibilities Provide payroll work plan and status reporting along with documentation of payroll requirements and solution design Configure and validate payroll functionality, including conducting parallel testing and reconciliation support Analyze payroll results to investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring readiness for cutover and go-live activities Required qualifications Proven experience supporting or leading payroll implementations Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing, including earnings, deductions, and taxes Experience with payroll testing, including UAT and regression testing Ability to translate payroll business requirements into functional and technical solutions Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll is strongly preferred
