Overseeing payroll operations through ADP COS (Lyric) Payroll, the full-time remote Payroll Director will manage vendor relationships, optimize service delivery, and ensure compliance while collaborating with internal stakeholders and leading payroll strategy initiatives. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship owner for ADP COS Lyric Payroll, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs Define and execute payroll strategy aligned with organizational goals, focusing on outsourcing optimization and process improvements Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain internal controls, audit readiness, and SOX compliance Required qualifications College degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field 10+ years of payroll leadership experience, particularly with outsourced payroll models Expertise in managing payroll in large, nationwide organizations and vendor-managed environments Experience with Workday HCM and payroll integrations FPC or CPP certification is preferred
