What You Will Do

  • Direct and oversee daily payroll operations
  • Lead and support payroll staff
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state payroll laws
  • Support union contract payroll administration
  • Maintain payroll records and reporting systems
  • Assist Human Resources and Accounting with payroll reporting and data requests
  • Support benefit administration oversight
  • Help guide Human Resources operations in the absence of HR leadership when needed

What You Will Bring

  • Payroll leadership experience
  • Healthcare payroll experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidentiality with professionalism and integrity
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance and reporting requirements
  • Experience working in unionized environments preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred
  • CPP or FPC certification preferred or expected
