Payroll Compliance Director

To ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, the full-time remote Payroll Compliance Director will manage payroll operations, oversee compliance with federal and state regulations, and lead third-party payroll system implementations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and internal policies Coordinate the implementation and upgrades of payroll systems, driving operational efficiency and process improvements Serve as a compliance champion by staying updated on payroll regulations and conducting audits to mitigate risks Required qualifications: Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll operations and compliance management Proven ability to implement payroll technology solutions and drive process standardization Strong communication skills for effective interaction with vendors and internal teams Knowledge of global, regional, and local payroll laws and best practices Experience in using data analytics to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency
