Payroll Associate - Global Private Equity | Boston (hybrid)

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of payroll experience who enjoys detail-oriented work, employee support, and working with payroll systems such as ADP or Workday. A four-year degree is not required; candidates with an associate’s degree, some college, or equivalent hands‑on payroll experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Base salary up to $85,000, depending on experience, plus overtime eligibility, 15% annual bonus target, and 14.3% profit sharing.

Responsibilities

The Payroll Associate will support day-to-day payroll operations, including:

• Processing payroll changes
• Reviewing payroll data for accuracy
• Assisting with employee inquiries
• Maintaining payroll records
• Supporting payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance‑related tasks.

This person will work closely with payroll leadership and internal business partners to help ensure payroll is processed accurately, timely, and confidentially.

Qualified candidates will bring

• At least 2 years of payroll experience, ideally in a corporate, financial services, professional services, or similarly detail‑oriented environment
• Experience with ADP or Workday is strongly preferred
• Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, follow‑through
• Service‑oriented communication style
