Payroll and People Operations Analyst

Supporting payroll operations for a dynamic workforce, the full-time remote Payroll and People Operations Analyst will manage multi-state payroll processing, compliance, and reporting while collaborating closely with the Payroll Manager and HR Business Partners. Key responsibilities Process and reconcile multi-state payroll in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance Support year-end activities and audits by preparing payroll documentation and monitoring tax deadlines Partner with HR on compensation changes and respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally Required qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-state environment Proficiency in Workday Payroll; experience with equity or stock-based payroll is a plus Knowledge of ADP SmartCompliance and federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines accurately Experience using AI tools for process automation and improvement is preferred
