To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time Payroll and HRIS Coordinator will manage payroll processing, oversee the HRIS system, and maintain data integrity while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions Maintain the HRIS software, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality while generating reports as needed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees and collaborating with HR and Finance teams Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years' experience processing bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees Experience with HRIS systems such as Paycor, ADP, Paylocity, or UKG Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit and provide information to outside auditors Customer service focus with a sense of urgency in addressing payroll issues
