Salary: $80,000–$85,000 + 10% Bonus
Location: Portsmouth, RI (Hybrid)

Payroll & HR Generalist Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end, multi-state payroll processing
• Manage bonuses, commissions, reimbursements, and other payroll activity
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee needs
• Develop employee engagement and manager training programs
• Identify opportunities to improve HR technology, processes, and workflows
• Support broader HR initiatives as the organization continues to grow

Payroll & HR Generalist Qualifications:

• Hands-on payroll processing experience required
• HR generalist experience
• Experience with multi-state payroll
• Strong knowledge of ADP, Workday, or another major HRIS/payroll platform
• Ability to balance hands-on payroll responsibilities with broader HR initiatives
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growing entrepreneurial environment
