About the Job
The Payroll and Billing Coordinator provides high quality payroll and invoice processing. This position consists of data entry, data validation, client, and customer service, which includes detailed and complex payroll functionality under strict deadlines.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure all necessary information has been entered into the system to ensure payroll can be processed for new employees and bills can be generated for clients.
- Validate and maintain employee files in ADP.
- Assist Payroll Manager and Finance team with Payroll taxes.
- Contributes to positive team environment and culture.
- Responsible for providing PTO or leave coverage for Payroll Team.
- Ensure timesheets are properly approved by client and appear valid.
- Able to work independently to identify, resolve, or improve a process/issue.
- Maintain client relationships and handle dispute requests timely.
- Operate with minimal payroll and billing errors.
- Create and send client bills based on client instructions.
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
- Assist Payroll Team Lead in administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Payroll experience preferred.
- Excel skills preferred.
- ADP and Salesforce experience preferred.
- Staffing Industry experience preferred.

Compensation
- $24-26/hr. + 10% Annual Bonus
- Weekly Pay
