Payroll & Benefits ManagerOur long tenured client, a leading law firm in Northern NJ, is searching for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee multi-state payroll and firm-wide benefits.In this role you will:Manage end-to-end multi-state payroll process.Oversee benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life, disability, 401(k), LOA).Lead open enrollment, related communications, and assist employees with questions.Audit payroll and benefits data for data integrity and compliance.Support comp-related reporting, including year-end W-2, ACA filings, 401(k) compliance.Process Improvement.You might be the right person if you have:4+ years of payroll and benefits experience in a law firm or other professional services firm.Multi-state payroll experience.Proficiency with ADP Payroll/HRIS systems and advanced Excel.CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP, or related certification a plus.Master Search Solutions is a direct hire recruiting firm that specializes in the New Jersey marketplace.
