Key responsibilities Execute, analyze, and reconcile full-cycle bi-weekly automated payroll for all US employees using ADP Enterprise Payroll Maintain operational readiness to process Canadian payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring business continuity Research regulatory payroll questions and stay updated on compliance to ensure system configuration accuracy Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in payroll analysis, auditing, or processing roles, with exposure to Canadian payroll Proficiency with US ADP Enterprise Payroll and Canada ADP Workforce Now Solid understanding of US labor laws and tax setups, with foundational knowledge of Canadian compliance Bachelor's Degree FPC/CPP or PCP/PLP certification is highly desirable
