Supporting payroll functions for a diverse employee population, the full-time Payroll Analyst - Workday will manage US and Canada payroll processing, tax audits, and compliance inquiries in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll for US and Canada, including 1099 payroll and wage garnishment orders Address employee inquiries and manage various payroll-related documentation and reporting Assist in payroll tax strategy development and year-end audit preparations for W2s, 1099s, T4s, and RL-1s Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and tax regulations for the US and Canada Proficiency in Workday and advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables Experience with ADP SmartCompliance and CIC+ is preferred Strong analytical skills and familiarity with payroll policies and compliance requirements
