Supporting the Payroll team, the full-time Senior Union Payroll Analyst will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for union employees while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and fostering strategic partnerships with internal departments and union representatives in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the union payroll process, ensuring compliance with company policies and collective bargaining agreements Manage union benefit contributions and employee deductions, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to regulations Establish strategic relationships with various departments and participate in union negotiations and grievances Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in a union payroll environment Proficiency with cloud-based payroll applications, preferably Ceridian Dayforce Extensive knowledge of FLSA and federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations Ability to interpret collective bargaining agreements related to payroll and benefits
